Returns and Refunds Policy
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer shall immediately check the external condition of the packaging and accept with explicit statement to the courier in case of damaged packaging. Subsequent to acceptance of the goods, the Customer shall immediately check the condition and conformity of the goods.
Complaints related to the conformity of the products, including in relation to their quantity and/or external appearance must be made in writing by sending an appropriate e-mail to info[at]konoscycling.it within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the Product, specifying the reason for the complaint and the solution you wish to request: return or replacement.
In both cases, the Consumer shall be obliged, upon authorization with a return code by the Seller, to return the Product to the address below within the same period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the item.

The returned product should present:
- properly packed in its original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all accessories and documentation (including tags and labels), if any;
- without manifest signs of use, other than those consistent with conducting a normal test of the article. That is, they should not bear evidence of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) in excess of the time required for a test and should not be in such a state that they cannot be resold.
Where the returned Product does not comply with the requirements of the preceding paragraph, no refund can be made to the customer.
If he/she finds flaws and defects in the purchased Product, the Consumer may request its replacement. KonosCycling will, as appropriate, make the requested replacements within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the Consumer's request. The costs will be partly borne by the customer (for sending the returned product) and partly borne by KonosCycling (for sending the replaced product).
Where, on the other hand, only a size or color substitution is needed, the costs will be borne by the consumer (for the return of the goods to KonosCycling and for the new shipment of the garment whose size/color is to be substituted).
